Flourishing Labs takes science-backed positive psychology concepts and brings them to life through practical learning and real human connection. They combine wellbeing tools with immersive, community-led experiences to help people build the skills to live healthier, happier, and more fulfilled lives.

Solution

We partnered with Flourishing Labs at an early stage to help define their brand and craft a distinctive visual identity. Together, we shaped a clear brand strategy designed to support long-term growth, while creating an identity that reflects the warmth, credibility, and purpose at the heart of their work. Built to be flexible and future-facing, the brand system is designed to evolve as Flourishing Labs grows without losing what makes it meaningful.

Partnering with Flourishing Labs from the very beginning meant we were on a journey of discovery together. As the services took shape, so did the brand, each informing and strengthening the other. This close collaboration gave us valuable early insights and ensured the brand was woven into the product from day one, not added on later.

With the brand strategy in place, we moved into exploring logo concepts. We tested a wide range of ideas, looking for a mark that could hold the breadth and ambition of Flourishing Labs , something that felt meaningful today, while being flexible enough to grow with the organisation into the future.

Creating a kit of parts

Building on the core logo idea, we developed a flexible kit of parts to support Flourishing Labs’ communications across every touchpoint. Each element was designed to strike a careful balance between expertise and approachability, building trust and credibility, without ever feeling overly polished or commercial.

Intuitive, interactive brand guidelines

To support consistency from day one, we created an interactive brand guidelines website. More than just a reference, it captures the spirit of the strategy and identity work, while giving the Flourishing Labs team and collaborators an intuitive, practical way to access everything they need to create confident, day-to-day communications.

Beyond the brand launch we continue to support Flourishing Labs with strategic and creative guidance. As soon as we launched the brand we went straight into a fast-paced campaign to secure funding and build awareness in the local community.
